Military Police Staff Sergeant SC State Guard, Mack Williams faces trial for pulling out his permitted weapon in a successful attempt to stop a man physically assaulting himself and fiance. He is charged with "disorderly conduct" and "pointing a gun at another". Both Williams and his fiance have been prevented from pressing charges against their attacker.
